The solution is a totally integrated and seamless solution for a voluntary retiree medical program. The offering includes a fully insured retiree health and prescription drug program, Long Term Care Insurance, Financial Services, and other related benefits.

All the major Carriers will be represented for your retirees to choose the appropriate benefit plan and price-point to meet their budget. Carriers represented include UnitedHealth/Secure Horizons/AARP, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross from several states, Gerber Life and Universal American and related companies. Our carrier relationships allow us to present options involving Original Medicare combined with Medicare Supplement and a Medicare Prescription Drug plan or in the alternative, the selection of a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Retiree Health Benefits partners with Service Providers in this space focused on educating and communicating to retirees to explain choices available to them. The Healthcare Specialists employed to assist and guide retirees are focused on providing the individual attention required to best serve the retiree population. To preserve this assistance remains true, the Specialists are employed as staff and are not independent contractors. They receive a base salary and supplemental pay that is independent from the commission schedule paid by each carrier. This agent compensation plan is in-place to encourage its employed agents to make recommendations to clients that are in the best interest of the clients.
